UGH, I know. Every time I see someone do that I want to grab them by the shoulders and yell "YOU KEEP USING THAT PHRASE. I DO NOT THINK IT MEANS WHAT YOU THINK IT MEANS" into their face.

And even setting aside the whole "lrn2constitution" issue... "freedom of speech" =/= "freedom from people calling you on being a complete fucking asshole."
