Not only does it assume that the whole world has the same laws, but it gets the legal meaning of freedom of speech completely wrong anyway! "Here, let me spout an irrelevant law that doesn't even apply to you!" Ooh, scary. There ought to be a medal ceremony for people who get it wrong.
