Previous Entry  Add to memories!  Tell a Friend!  Next Entry
One word: Hetalia.
A warning beforehand: This wank is a desert landscape of triggers.

Oh, my god.

Oh, my god.

Oh, my fucking god.

Translation: User palereverie posts in hetalia_wank, victim-blaming, trolling, and generally spewing massive, triggery bile all over the place. Massive wank occurs. Palereverie is banned for their conduct by mod kiokushitakaa ... for two weeks, because there's a three strikes rule, and everyone deserves a second chance! Response is so negative kiokushitakaa steps down as mod, but not before issuing a Heidipology to end Heidipologies.

ETA: "All the times I insulted you? Don't take it personally. I don't even know who most of you are. Even if you logged in, I still don't know who you are. It's not a personal attack. I was just being cynical and/or my own perception of humorous. I do not notice when things shift in atmosphere at all, and hadn't realized that the conversation had turned serious. I thought it was still just trolling around, so I continued."

palereveries is permabanned.

Pantsu volunteers to mod.

go ahead and put the self-nominated hardcore historians in the haters group. anybody that self-identifies as a hardcore historian is automatically a stuck-up botched abortion who gets all their information off wikipedia.
...... and what about those of us who happen to love history (and in my case, hope to become a teacher in it someday, if I can ever afford to go back to school again) and actually READ their history textbooks (I get my old one out and read it once in a while)

one thing to say you're a history lover, or like to study history.
whole nother can of worms to go around harassing people over historical inaccuracies in their work or attack them for not knowing who Henry VIII was. Because of course one human being, your hardcore historian self, just knows everything about history and learning it all was totes easy and everyone should do it before they ~*dare*~ to talk about history.

which is what being a hardcore historian in the APH fandom is about ^-^

Excuse me while I laugh my ass off at your attempt to pigeonhole any serious historian into such an outrageous caricature.

I guess someone doesn't recognize a person who isn't in the Hetalia fandom at all. I may be familiar with the premise of the series (as several friends are big fans) but I'm not involved in the fandom at all.

(I watched two episodes of the anime when it first came out... and haven't watched any since, nor have I read any of the manga. It's not my thing, sorry to say.)

lol, kinda weird then that you connected my comment to yourself somehow, seeing as how the OP wanted to know about lovers and haters connected to the Hetalia fandom ^^

well, considering you placed me into the fandom by saying "guess someone's new to the hetalia fandom" this "connection" is not my doing

ummmm sure lol. you responding to a comment about people inside the hetalia fandom like it applies to you totally doesn't give the idea that you're in the hetalia fandom. instead of like, that you were stupidly reading the write-up and assuming it's all about you or something xD
