Also, I think we should write a list like the Evil Overlord List:
I will not fight crime in high heels.
If my costume covers less than 50% of my body (90% if I'm not invulnerable), I will fire my stylist and hire Edna Mode.
Skintight leather is fine as long as it's kept supple. However, simple clothing I can move in without worrying about splitting the seams or cutting off circulation is better.
