The Gamestop employees here are really very nice, albeit occasionally bewildered by their company software. They're also chronically understaffed, with two or three people trying to handle wall to wall customers in a sweatbox of a store. Gamestop policy is apparently to squeeze every last bit of patience out of its customers and staff.
