That was me! (I think.) I bought Supergirl #1, and was pretty pleased with it. Her costume is terrible, and the story dragged a bit, but the art was pretty despite the terrible costume redesign and it did get me interested in Kara's character. I could definitely see teen girls liking the book.
Aaand I just filled out DC's survey and told them they should add an A to the end of Catwoman's T+ ratings, if they want to be accurate about it.
