Basically Tim's bat history is pretty much intact however, his relationships with Superboy and Cassie are gone starting over from scratch so if you care at all about the previous established relationships you probably won't be too thrilled. (I'm also betting they are setting up a bloody love triangle between the three of them with both Superboy and Tim after Cassie.)

The Superboy title is kind of disappointing since they use a really stupid idea to explain why he can speak and think in English since the scientist who created him thought he was brain dead. (his consciousness isn't in his brain but ever cell in his body)

Also they are once again dropping hints that his dark side comes from having Lex's dna. As if DC hadn't already run that particular stupidity into the ground.
