I need comfort food just reading lim's post. I do web design, and I can tell you my #1 rule is: if less than 5% of the user base uses it, I am not. freaking. supporting. it. It can take me up to a week to fix something on IE6, never mind 70 different freaking devices. Forget anything that's not Android or iOS, forget anything running less than IE8, etc etc etc. Platform/device support is web designer hell.
