Re: tagging. It was actually pretty cool. Last...something, they had a massive tagging orgy where basically all the members (well, everyone who wanted to) got a batch of patterns to tag, and you got entered into a drawing with a ton of great prizes. The more you tagged, the more entries you had. It took hardly any time at all for the thousands of patterns to get tagged.

(That said, I think it needs to be done again, there are definitely some designers who don't tag as well as they ought.)
