Yep, the problems are DEFINITELY looking real - the money alone is incredibly sketchy.
I really wish the criticism (not in the original post here, but elsewhere) would focus on those issues. It'd make things easier.

(I admit, I actually wondered if some of the racist bashing of the game was done by the creators themselves, to make it harder to criticize them)
