:( Just because she has a name which looks unpronounceable (dur, did anyone ASK HER FIRST so Seth-the-douchebag could say it properly?) doesn't mean people have a right to treat her like crap.

Just a thought: "Miss Wallis" would've been a reasonably safe (and courteous) option.
