Given Supernatural, I assume at some point this season, that exact plot will happen on the show. "Oh no, Dean has turned into a woman. Who looks EXACTLY LIKE Sam's ex-girlfriend! THIS IS AWKWARD." Both Sam and Castiel will hate themselves for being aroused, fandom will flip out, and Sera Gamble will cackle in her mountaintop castle, surrounded by her harem boys.
