Those five deleted posts...
Now I'm wondering if he knows he's full of it, or does he really believe his own bullshit. Because this is just sad. And it's really not cool how he's trying to tar other people to gain sympathy when he effed up.

Seriously, had it just been the posts there, I probably would have engaged, learned something I didn't know, then apologised. The anons and esclaramonde spewing vitriol at me meant I decided just to bury it and not comment further.

Seriously, I apologise for any offense, but I didn't even know the words were used for cisgender people, and, when it was mentioned they were, it looked like a secondary use, not part of the original creation. If you want an apology, well, I was clearly ignorant about the subject. I do think fandom could stand to be a little morer tolerant of the well-meaning stupid people though, as I do have transgender friends, they just happen to have strong gender identities, so I've never been confronted by any of these ideas before.
