Can I have a loaded heavy calibre gun ? I want to shoot 2 ppl mentioned here. Not fatally. Only in the kneecaps.

I know a rape survivor whose entire personality has altered (from bright, bubbly to insecure, miserable, traumatised) because of said assault. To apologise for rape is as bad as committing rape. Or possibly worse.
