It's on getasianmusic.com/forums. I'm not sure if they're stationed in India and I'm sure they have Indian music somewhere but it's primarily Chinese, Taiwanese, Thai, Korean, Japanese (with some Vietnamese and Malaysian thrown into the mix) and random American artists.
