Not really, because she's about as far from the hardbitten seen it all type as you can get. We're supposed to think she's adorable and quirky and nicer to Peter than he deserves, while she makes "rice and beans" cracks and oh-so-witty "Manuel Labor" jokes. The fact that the same stable of writers turned Peter's then-flatmate Michelle Gonzales into a godawful "spicy" stereotype so mood-swingy and temperamental that some wondered if she'd been brainwashed like Aunt May had when she'd crossed paths with Mr. Negative and temporarily went "evil" (or as evil as Aunt May can get, which seemed to only equate spiteful and demanding), and then wrote her out entirely while keeping Norah around to continue the racist cracks at others' expense doesn't help in the slightest.
