Everyone's experience is different--I'm glad you're at least kind of at the analytical point. :)

I have found medication to be helpful, but I have to supplement my antidepressant with an anti-anxiety drug. (In my case, buspirone.)

I was also recently diagnosed with ADD, which has kind of shifted my whole sense of things--so it's a good idea to get tested.
