Although, asphosfate stated upthread, it wasn't as simple a matter as "guy said stupid thing = Feds come visiting". It was more like "guy said stupid thing + Feds knew he also had a fuckton of weapons = Feds come visiting". That, I'm a bit more comfortable with.
