This thing doesn't not-get-said because there's something horribly offensive about saying "man, I don't get everything, so I'd like to find a place where I can make mistakes without getting yelled at". It's not anyone else's problem what your personal skin-thickness level is, but whatever. It gets not said when you bury this point in insane troll logic like "I don't understand, ergo fuck you", "you're being mean, ergo fuck you", and "offense is subjective, ergo fuck you and I'mma dredge up every stupid fucking internet argument I can think of just in case I accidentally make a good point or witty comment that isn't drowned in shit".
