While not a DB moment per se, my favorite moment in the Angels and Demons movie was when Tom Hanks and Sidekick Woman were in the Vatican archives peering at a page in a Journal Full of Secrets and Tom Hanks revealed that he, a supposedly brilliant symbologist, cannot read Latin.

I laughed out loud.
