For once I can oblige! But only for the Hague comments. Sadly, I missed that first remark by Michael Brite "Writer", when Amazon bahleeted it about an hour before I started reading this. Hopefully someone else has it.

Hague #1: Wherein Mr. Hague likens The Secret of Ka to To Kill A Mockingbird, in a way.

Hague #2: Wherein Mr. Hague attempts to blame Ms. 08 for being a yet greater misrepresentation of Turkish culture than Mr. Pike's book.

I'll note that his other review for something else entirely dates back to 2004, so he may not actually be the author's sockpuppet, but just a plain old fanboy wanker.

Bonus screencap! Michael Brite's now-deleted review of Thirst, with comments by the unimpressed. I would be ashamed to see my seven year old niece act in this way, and he's supposed to be a grown man.
