As it turns out, "Scott Hague" is not Pike's sockpuppet, but his illustrator!
However, "RyanC" is now engaged in a desperate fight to shame those oh-so-mean commentators who are just *ruining* poor Mr. Pike's reputation, something which he proved perfectly capable of doing himself.
Bonus fun: "Michael Brite", "editor", has apparently been trolling negative reviews for some months now. Here's one from Thirst:
