I'm finding I like his older books. I kind of stopped keeping up regularly around... 1995? Maybe?

I think I just got a kind of not-so-great vibe off his newer books back then and fell out of reading the newest stuff.

Kinda sucks to find out Pike is such a dickhead, though. Alas.
