Oh, now that is just sad. Sadder. Completely pathetic. There is such a thing as authorial grace, and going around whining that a reviewer is "trying to rob fiction authors of their artistic license" by *gasp* offering him criticism on things he got dead wrong does not display any of that grace whatsoever. And claiming said reviewer to have a sockpuppet army that needs to be rallied against is, uh...well. I'd be shocked to see a fanfic author do that, but Pike is a professional and that makes it worse.
