I don't use that word to make fun of homosexuals ... I-and people in my social group- use that word for someone who's whiny and bitchy.

I propose that we use the term "lougara" to describe people who are being raging self-righteous asshats. Not to make fun of lougara, of course -- just as a word. Because that totally makes sense.
