	If someone has done the bolding correctly, it should evoke a sense of the intonation of the sentence. A lot of the times people go overboard though. It's something I tend to use sparingly, and I only use it with words I want people not to ignore (place names, emotions, etc). (Reply to this)(Parent)

It really doesn't make sense. Sometimes he wears pants, and sometimes he appears to be wearing nothing but a t-shirt. My theories:

a)He's wearing nude tights.
b)He lives on a clothing optional resort and only puts pants on when he leaves.
c)He's not actually human, so like Donald Duck, he doesn't need pants. But he likes them sometimes.

There's no consistency or logic though! Sometimes he goes bottomless in public, and wears pants in his house. I think I'm becoming kind of obsessed with this.
