Michelle referred to Barack as "my baby's daddy" (or some such), and Fox was just making a play off of that.
Whoever came up with the quote was just trying to find a rhyme for "Obama" and had no idea "baby mama" had any negative connotations.
It's the fault of the African Americans for letting their slang be learned by outsiders. After all, they could have prevented this by keeping the term "baby mama" a secret never let outside of their community.
