So much love for the shirt!
George Mason picks drag queen for homecoming queen.

I couldn't decide between Random and here, but decided here might be better as a just in case measure.

Hee, I saw an article yesterday but there was no pic. Anyway, it really made me smile.

He has fantastic legs. I'm jealous, and I know I've got good legs.

I like this trend of happy yet unfunny business. And yes, what a great shirt!

Awesome! :D

On a sidenote, his "Just Being Miley" photo on MySpace makes me think I might actually watch something like Hannah Montana if the character was actually a boy in drag. Or a girl in drag.

Part of me is saying "GO GEORGE MASON!"

And part of me is saying, "What, so men get to take over women's awards, too?" Because it's not that GM elected a MtF transsexual for an honor meant to be accorded a woman, it's that they elected a man enacting a parody of femininity for an honor meant to be accorded a woman. As though it's cooler for a man to act superfemme than for a woman to act superfemme, because when a man does it it's special, while when a woman does it, well, that's what women are supposed to do.

*sigh* I'm probably overthinking this. But it still makes me twitch.

No, I'm a little twitchy, too. I get the same way when men dress up in drag for the movies - especially if the drag character is the only female character with a backbone in the piece.
