I'm not going to lie to you. I saw "noah_who" rolled my eyes and moved along. I can tell I'm talking to a luke/reid fan right now and hey! Nice to meet you. But the comm is still funny in the "I have too much time on my hands" sort of way. Luke/reid were a good pairing. Shouldn't have to prove that by being patronizing to the relationship luke had before. Noah was MIA. He was about as important as that Hunter guy. Luke/Noah had a good run but they were/are over. Why people can't just focus on that and move on is as confusing to me as people thinking JS could win an Oscar.

I was never in either fandom but liked the luke/noah pairing then got bored. Liked the luke/reid pairing, got a little sad he died, then moved along. The wank and the way both sides completely ignore cannon is more amusing than brain surgery with no hair removed and believing Reid Oliver is seatbelt challenged.

I was in the luke/noah pairing, even wrote a few stories, until Noah married Ameera. Then I was like HELL NAH, PEATH OUT BITCH! Then I fell in love with Kish on OLTL. Then when they went kerblooey I turned back to ATWT.

Funny enough, I wrote a few luke/noah stories myself in the '07 days. But they got boring. The only times I found myself looking back on them was to watch them make-out. Because in my opinion, those two boys are hot together. I just don't want to hear them talking (and in Nuke land, it's just arguing. That's all they ever did)

Nuke turned out to be an epic fail and then they have promise with LuRe and..... They turn into monks who talk about work all day. Thanks, atwt.

Being involved in fandom means you have too much time on your hands, period. Canon is ignored in any fandom as well.

The LuRe fans can do whatever amuses them, and the Nuke fans should realize that it's not harming them any. If what other people do bothers them so much, then I don't think they should be casting stones about other people not having a life.

LuRe fans and Nuke fans have lives. They just revolve around fictional characters.

I don't know if you're trying to protect the LuRe fanbase to me but I honestly don't care about either side. I'm a LuRe fan, ex-Nukie but think both sides are too insane to be involved in. I go to LJ to read fic and sometimes entertain myself by reading fandomwankswars. And I agree that Nuke fans shouldn't let it bother them. Ignore it. But hey, you guys can ignore the Nuke fans too. Or if you're like me, read all the drama like it's a soap itself and get free entertainment.

I just don't understand how nuke fans and lure fans stay in this oblivious state where they think only the other side is crazy.
