Especially the "threatening atmosphere" part.

You mean, like sexual abuse victims who have to go around their daily life accepting that anyone anywhere is in fact allowed to comment on their sex life and tell them what it should be like, and they never have a right to be upset by any remark or joke because people don't mean it badly?

Or the very fact that harassment implies that there was more than one occasion of "harassment".

No. A single case of "Sleep with me if you want that job", for example, is enough to qualify as sexual harrassment AFAIK.

Still, this is borderline disrespectful for victims or real harassment, who see that their very real, often months- or years-long sufferings, are JUST THE SAME FUCKING THING THAN A STRANGER JOKING ABOUT SEX.

Because there are never any degrees in anything. Right.
