I hate to defend Twilight

But this review:
http://www.capalert.com/capreports/twilight_breakingdawnp1.htm
almost makes me feel like doing so.
Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Bella (Kristen Stewart) do battle with all that is righteous to marry. Together they create what the film terms a demon fetus, a fetus that threatens to kill Bella. And that gives Edward the right to "save" Bella by killing her by making a vampire of her. Discovering that the fetus will kill Bella, the Cullens tear it out of Bella in the most horrific procedure ever shown on a PG-13 screen.
I never thought that Twilight would be beyond anyone's comprehension.

Umm... Other than the "right to save Bella" thing, isn't that pretty much what happens? Not seing the point (or the wank).

I could only manage to skim that book, but I'm pretty sure that was basically what happened.

LOL, CAPalert. I love that guy. My personal theory is that he has an undiagnosed case of asperger syndrome and his focus is LITERAL REVIEWS OF MOVIES compared to LITERAL READINGS OF THE BIBLE to produce hilariously robotic articles with no understanding or acknowledgement of story, character or, y'know, regular human interaction.

It depends. Sometimes, he seems to forget he's not supposed to enjoy what he's viewing. Also, he thinks Speed 2: Cruise Control is a good movie.

Isn't that exactly what happened in the book?

Yes. I am confused as to what the person thought was wanky about this very straightforward description of this plot turn.

That's pretty much what it is though save the 'most horrific procedure ever shown on a PG-13 screen', personally i thought it was pretty tame despite the rating.
