Previous Entry  Add to memories!  Tell a Friend!  Next Entry
Special: Two wankitywanks for the price of one!
Hello Wankas! It's been a busy week for wanking inside the house, and it's only Wednesday! The two latest F_W posts (as of this writing) have led to all kinds of fappery, so lets get this party started.

In this corner we have [info]twinno stepping into her sister's shoes and posting about someone trying to sell their Twilight fanfic. Due to deliberate misdirection on the part of the wanker, it was unclear whether they were of a sufficient age to be wanked. In the end, the mods ruled that they were not. The post, and [info]_goblin_'s creepy mod-love, were promptly erased from this mortal plane. All well and good in the land of wankaville, until [info]catchester questions the age rule and then proceeds to be a sarcastic, passive-aggressive twit for a while. Good times and fappery are had by all.

And now for something completely different, we got some lovely guest wankers giving their two cents on the sinking of the Torchtanic. First comment and we already have a winner! It gets even better later, when someone shows up to fap and then deletes their comment like a bitch. Luckily, some clever wankas think to preserve the fappery so we can all point and laugh. And yes, that's me in there being a snippy little bastard.

And it's only Wednesday! It can only get better from here.

I'm just surprised that they've managed to develop such a reputation after such an extremely short period of time.

Being a serious dick will do that.

It kinda upsets me, because I want to kick s/h/it, but because of my associate-the-person-with-their-normal-userpic thing, I want to kick that mid-blink puppy.

>:(

Asphalt smells like summer.

I always find myself mildly sickened by it, but I'm probably not used to it. I grew up in the country, where our 'neighbourhood' smelled like shit 2/4 seasons. You know, normal smells.

I'm usually mildly sickened by the smell of asphalt, and it was my common neighbourhood smell, so. Well, that and "fish factory" when the wind was right. Or wrong, I guess.

Don't you hate it when people with cute icons turn out to be dicks? It's so annoying.

(Reply to this)(Parent)

yes, JF, obviously there was a problem

I'm not one for physical threats, but I wouldn't mind seeing at least a temporary ban pass down. It's an odd association to make with a puppy.

...
I love the smell of asphalt. I can't even explain why. It's such a rich scent. Unless I'm riding my bicycle over said fresh asphalt, which does tend to limit my enthusiasm.

...I'd be willing to kick the image of that mid-blink puppy for you. I find that icon so obnoxiously cloying that I've had it adblocked since catchester first showed up.

I bet the puppy is cuter when its eyes aren't stuck halfway between open and closed, though, aww. D:

Am I the only one who thinks it's kind of an Uncanny Valley puppy? It creeps me the fuck out.

Could no one see this coming from hir first anonyposts? Catchester was clueless right from the start--I was surprised that someone gave hir a real account.

I will cheerfully admit not to screening every anon post, and from what I saw back when they were offered the account, I didn't necessarily see anything bad or wrong with what they were posting, and I have totally missed some of their extremely wanky comments from before.

I never saw Catchester as clueless (until recently, of course) so much as humorless. Still, I was surprised, too.

I checked my records and to clarify, I was the one who got CatChester their account. However it was a requested account, I didn't offer it like I did with LibrarianMouse.

Just so no one pelts me with rotten food for helping a wanker get an account. :/

Oh, I understand it wasn't aimed at me. I just felt the need to clarify that, that particular account wasn't a "Haha, you're so funny mousie. Have an account!"

Well I was handing out accounts like candy during Russet Doom, but the mice getting 'gift' accounts were ones that other JF users said were funny first like tetradecimal.

The other mice getting accounts were requesting them at Leavin' Eljay or at my 'open-to-anonymice' post on my journal.

You also got me the account, so in a way, you're doubly responsible via the transitive property.

Well, yes. But, then, if we were to go on my instincts, no new accounts would ever be created and we'd ban 98% of the membership. Including me.
