USING THE WEB INTERFACE:

Go to the entry in the usual manner, as explained at http://www.journalfen.net/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=2. When you get to the Edit Journal Entry page, click the "Delete Entry" button. This will permanently delete the entire entry. You can also delete the entry by deleting all the text from the body of the entry and clicking "Save Journal Entry."
