How does the text messaging feature work? Paid users now have the option of letting visitors send them text messages on their cellphone or pager. The cool part about this is that: * Your cell/pager number stays secret. Only JournalFen knows it, and uses it to send you text messages from other users. * You can control who can send you text messages (anybody, registered users, or only people you list as a friend). If you have a Paid Account (http://www.JournalFen.net/support/faqb If you receive text messages via email, you must include the following information: * The name of the service (be specific) * The email address which is used to send messages * Any limit on the length of the name of the sender, the subject, and the message * Any other information you may have If you receive text messages via a web page, you must include: * The name of the service (be specific) * The URL of the page, preferably of the receiving script * The address of the recipient (phone number? username?) * Any limit on the length of the name of the sender, the subject, and the message * Any extra fields that need to be submitted * Any other information you may have Important Note: Although JournalFen makes no extra charge for this feature, your service provider may charge for each text message you receive.
