Do Paid Users get any additional support/How can I get my free journals?
Yes. Paid users are entitled to priority support for their journals and communities. Currently, the method of Paid User support is our priority support journal. Comments to the support posts are screened for privacy. Paid users can request free journals for themselves and friends, and they can submit requests for other types of support. The priority support journal is here:
