How can I let my community members join in the wonder of tag-making?
To allow people other than the community maintainer(s) to edit or create tags, go to http://www.journalfen.net/manage/tags.b
Switch to the appropriate community and hit the "switch" button.
Then, you can change the permissions under "Tag Settings".
