My paid account has expired and downgraded to a free account. When I try to purchase either a permanent basic account or a one-year basic account, I get a screen that tells me that I can't downgrade to a basic account. Do they still exist?

Hmm. While I poke around at the payment form, you also have the option of logging out and then going back to the paid account page, and entering the name of your journal, as though buying paid time for someone else as a gift. If you do this, and your time isn't applied appropriately, you can let me know, and I'll manually set the paid time for your account. If you need to contact me privately, you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org.
