Hi there. Whenever I attempt to open up a paid journal account, I get this message at the top: Sorry, there was a problem.
I'm following all of the steps: got a username lined up, and I check the 6 months paid time, click on the payment button and... then that message. Every single option brings that same thing up, regardless of 6-month, 1 year, permanent, premium, etc. Can someone possibly look into this? Thanks.
