Okay. What is there to lose?
Probably a lot, but.

I ask this of my JF friends, and former co-writers in Cit and the like. I am a freaked out, kinked up, socially awkward writer and RPer with a lot of various interests in psychology, sexuality, and a whole heap of weird shit. I have a neurological disability known more commonly as Aspergers Syndrome, so I have trouble reading social situations. I therefore come off incredibly keen sometimes and glomp onto people in an intense and slightly embarassing way because I have no idea if you actually understand that I like you. Due in part to the Aspergers, I am fairly specific - not narrow, just specific - in my likes and wants and comfort zones in writing and kink and sexuality. Pretty much all gay all the time for one thing, and I like to establish a relationship of mutual trust and comfort between writers. I don't have to be your best friend, but I do like to feel we're on the same page and the same ground, and there's an acknowledgement of one another's subjectivity. I am sorry if the above makes you awkward. I am however very keen to meet some new writing/RP partners. I tend to only write outside of games because then I can handle the one-on-one better in focussing just on our writing relationship, but I can take something TO a game if we click.
