| Bio: | I'm 44 years old (which makes me enough over the age of 21 for two people) and live in the United States. I live a (mostly) stress free life with my husband, 21 year old daughter and five (yes, you read that correctly) cats. I have licenses in both social work and counseling and have worked primarily in child protective services in the area of foster care and adoption. I'm now retired and spend most of my day cheerfully reading slash fiction. I've been a fan of slash since I was 18 and have gone through numerous fandoms since then. I'm currently playing in the Harry Potter sandbox with Snape/Harry as my OTP, but I have been known to read just about anything slash. Most noteably--Sherlock Holmes, House, Lord of the Rings, Starsky & Hutch, The Sentinel, Hogan's Heroes, Batman, and my first love, Classic Star Trek. In regard to friending, I love new friends and everyone is welcome here. If you would like me to friend you back just let me know, though I don't typically friend blank journals. I enjoy reading all types of journals whether you primarily post fics, art, memes, or snippets of your RL. I read every journal on my f-list and I often have to restrain myself from commenting on every post. My own journal tends to be primarily Harry Potter fandom related with a small bit of personal information tossed in. As my name implies, I am a slash fan.
