CCS fandom sucks
I recently joined a CCS forum (mostly in order to see the threads, because only members can), and I got drawn into participating.
It. Sucks. I've found better conversation at an FF.net forum. At fucking FANFICTION DOT NET. Everyone there is all about loving S+S and E+T and hating non-traditional pairings especially Eriol/Kaho and rarely talking about anything besides pairings and/or Sakura's costumes.
On the other hand, it does seem to be a better sample of the fandom-at-large than LJ or my usual Pit forum, which is the only real reason not to give it up.
Question: Should I start a thread, asking why the majority of members say that E/K is their least favorite pairing? It's not trolling; I really do want to know why, to see if it has any basis to it. Because I suspect that it doesn't, or it has a false basis (like "Kaho is a pedophile"). |
