Any LJ refugees out there?

I'm strangely comfortable with having about five different journals and posting in them in no particular order or relevance. Eh, who cares? Maybe I'll take up cross-posting (ev0l! ev0l!). Then again, JournalFen EXISTS for fandom, so... on topic! Wow!

I've been getting the urge to write fic lately. Sometimes I feel like I just want to withdraw from the modly aspects and kick back and try to come up with some plot (since I suck at porn ha ha nevermind). The last fic I wrote (right, of the two that I have that have actually been posted anywhere?) was... what, last Christmas break? I wrote that one in my green binder while either laying on top of my bed, or on the floor in front of the window, at night, with pretty much only the window candles (the Christmas decorations) for light (because I'm a vampire and all that.) That was a nice feeling. Frankly, I brought my green binder with me from home the last time I was there, just for that purpose. Although I just can't get that feeling around here. I'm bored with reality, but haven't had time to recharge.

Perhaps this shall just have to be the official "LJ-is-down-and-I-need-to-post-something-somewhere-or-my-hed-will-implode" journal? Hmmm. Yis, as blogger is less cool like that (and mine is totally public). Yarrr.

Anyway, that really sucked, because all day I had been looking forward to laying around on my ass reading fic all night and catching up on my community filter, and then IT'S DED. Which makes things even more sucky, because ALL FIC IS ON LJ and I resorted to TRYING to go through Restricted Section and Skyhawke but was too lazy to do any hardcore searching so I wound up just reading the 4 fics that are on my favorites list at RS, which I was totally not in the mood for. Besides, anything that google or Skyhawke found for me was fluff, and TOTALLY not in the mood for fluff. Retch.

Maybe I'll go play around on GJ in the meantime...
