Okay, I have serious love for Alt!Nine stories (human Nine, Nine in Pete's World, however I can get him), so I'm starting a semi-master list (yeah, I know, hilarious pun) of the stories as I find them.

The Mirror Universe - Alt!Nine/Rose, Alt!Nine/Alt!Jack/Rose

Summary:After Doomsday, Rose is convinced that the Doctor will find her some day. But what if she finds him, and he's not the Doctor she's expecting?
Comments: This story was the first Alt!Nine story I ever read - and it's still one of my favourites. Definitely set aside an afternoon for this novel length two-parter, but you will enjoy every moment of it.

Seed Pearls - Alt!Nine/Rose

Summary: When all Rose's memories of the Doctor are stripped away from her, she knows something is terribly wrong--but occasionally, just occasionally, the universe gives back as much as it takes away.
Comments: The idea behind this story - and the way the Bad Wolf is used - is just brilliant. HonorH's writing style takes the story the rest of the way into fantastic.

Falling For You, All Over Again - Alt!Jack/Rose, Alt!Nine/Alt!Jack/Rose -Incomplete!!

Summary: It wouldn’t make sense for there to be a Doctor in this reality. Then again — when did things have to make sense?
Comments: And here I was starting to think there was no such thing as another Pete's World!OT3 fic. I've never been so glad to be wrong. This story isn't finished yet, but it's so addictive that, even going into the story knowing that, I couldn't look away. "Awww" out loud moments ensued.

Illyria - Alt!Nine/Rose

Summary: Three years after Doomsday, Rose finds her new universe's version of the Ninth Doctor. Rose may be running for her life, but she's not the one most in need of rescue. Also, the TARDIS looks like a ticket booth. The title of the series comes from Shakespeare's Twelfth Night. In the play, a tragic shipwreck leaves Viola stranded in a foreign land, much as Rose is stranded in another universe. Much mistaken identity and unspoken love ensue. Although this series contains significantly less cross-dressing than the play, I thought the tone of mixed angst and humor fit just right. "What country, friends, is this?" "This is Illyria, lady." "And what should I do in Illyria?" Run.
