Game occupation: Singer/Guitar player in a band named Johnny Was and he’s also an artist. Pup's bio: Shane is 27 years old and was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. His father was a musician and his mother a lawyer. They split when Shane was fourteen, and he chose to stay with his father while his sister Simone, who is eight years younger, went with their mother. Shane has never really seen eye to eye with his mother, who is a very proper person—the kind of person that disapproved of a rock and roll lifestyle, and they have tangled on more than one occasion over Shane’s following in his father’s footsteps. When Shane was 17, his mother remarried and moved to Los Angeles, living across the street from Adam Lamberg’s family (Shane and Adam’s mothers had been college roommates). Simone and Adam were friends through school, and Shane visited on occasion—though mostly after he had turned eighteen and matured a bit, enough to realize he needed to at least somewhat reconcile with his mother. Shane plays in a band called Johnny was, locally in LA and every now and then in gigs elsewhere. He’s also an artist, his work showing in local galleries from time to time. He’s by no means famous, but he and his band have a nice little following. He does well enough on his own that he doesn’t have to hold down a steady, mundane job to support himself—having invested what he has made fairly intelligently over the years. He likes to describe himself as Peter Pan, steadfastly refusing to grow up—though he has learned how to make adult choices. He also refuses to acknowledge the fact he’s closer to 30 than 20 now. Shane is a Dominant, though that fact does not necessarily rule all of his sexual encounters. He likes to be in control, and while he generally doesn’t have or take steady lovers, he does sometimes enjoy the familiarity and trust that breeds, and the avenues that it opens up. It’s one reason he enjoys Citadel. Having been introduced to Citadel when he was nineteen, Shane’s visits increase and decrease in frequency depending on what he has going on in his life. Though, any time he’s in NYC he generally stops by the Citadel location there—just because. Type of Characters Pup Likes: Shane is fairly open when it comes to what kind of man (or woman) he likes—whatever strikes his fancy at the time. When it comes to something more long term or reoccurring though, he prefers men, generally his age or younger, and for them to be subs who enjoy pleasing. While he does consider himself bisexual, Shane doesn’t tend to date women.
