Since it's going to take a while for my beta to finish editing Chapter One, I thought I'd recommend some other Kuei-related fics I've found. There's only a few of them, as I said in a previous entry, but I've found a couple really good ones.
1) Silent Witness by Menamebephil. It's a second-person POV one-shot, from Kuei's POV, with a little bit of Kuei/Jun the bounty hunter (one of my very favorite crack!OTPs). Second-person doesn't usually turn out very well, but this one's excellent.
2) They Met in a Bar by Lalaith Yamainu. It is delicious cake Kuei/Jun fluff, you must eat it.
3) The Man With No Name by Frostfyre7. Okay, so I lied. I'm reccing 2 Kuei fanfics and this one. It has nothing to do with Kuei. It's a Firefly/Doctor Who crossover and it is one of the best fanfics I have ever read.
And then, I decided to check Avatarspirit.net to see if there were any Kuei fics over there. And I found... this:

Aye, the sporking of the first chapter of Destiny of the Avatar- Book 1: Fire. Normally, when I've done fic sporkings in the past, I've just included my own comments scattered throughout the text. However, since I could use some practice writing in-character, I'm going to break my tradition and bring in Kuei to help. My comments will be in bold, his will be in italics (I was going to do green text instead but I looked up the HTML and that shit's way too complicated. I thought it would just be, like, < green > text < /green > but no, you have to have codes and crap.) In-text italics will be un-italicized to avoid confusion.

Oh, um, very well then. Miss Atreides has asked me to assist her in the... sporking... of a story written about myself. She wasn't entirely clear on the subject of what this "sporking" is all about, but I'm sure it can't be too difficult! ^_^
