Instead of a flat rate for tables, a Canadian animu con charges a 20% fee - with no cap - on artists' total sales, and is trying to get other cons to adopt this system (with no success, and for what reason, I don't know).
BUT WAIT! That's just the tip of the batshit iceberg.
