| Oh, Amazon... |

There's a shitstorm a-brewing. Because Amazon decided to remove all the icky gay stuff and dirty erotica stuff (once again conflating the two, btw) from its bestseller lists and even some searches, making it virtually impossible to find without a direct link or a lot of searching.

Oh, Amazon.
However, I notice we still have our sales rank on our one ebook on amazon while several YA GLBT titles have lost theirs, which I think pretty much makes it clear that adult content is, uhh, not the issue. Because while our book isn't erotica or even erotic romance, it's still way more adult than a teen book.
I am not v. funny today, but man. For stupid much?
ETA: Of course, Playboy is still allowed. Cuz, well. You know. What sense would it make otherwise?
And when I say removed from searches, I mean if you search from the Amazon front page they'll tell you that book/author does not exist, even if you search on the exact name/title. |
