    Everyone has their .02 cents.
    Judging by most of the content of my flist today, my .02 cents is going to be in one hell of a minority. Which is fine with me, as the willingness to roll over and accept what Mr. Berkowitz is saying is just something I can't go along with. The attempt to pass this off as a way to "protect the children" should be called for the utter bullshit it is.

    As everyone is sick of rants, I'll put this one out of involuntary sight. )

    Ugh. I'm disgusted, and still waiting to see what happens. At this point, I still don't plan to give money to this company again. When I first started to write this, I had planned to be a lot more viscious in my anger, but it's hard to maintain anything but severe disappointment while watching so many people step back with an air of: "Oh, if it's for the children, of course it's okay."

    I don't want a group like Warriors for Innocence helping to raise my son, or a group like LiveJournal/Six Apart who have done nothing but scare the real predators underground in the name of protecting the children.

    ETA: Spell-check is borking this like whoa. Forgive errors, plz.

    Revenge of the ETA: I tried several times to post this before I went to work, but LJ wouldn't cooperate, even though I wasn't having problems posting comments elsewhere or viewing my f-list. So, now it's hours and hours since I wrote it, and I bet it's still fairly incoherent, but I'm posting anyway.

    Fury of the ETA: Sorry if this posts twice, as I'm trying in a new window as at 9:44pm I'm still having trouble posting. And, in further ETA, at 11:20pm I'm trying again, because several users have been hit with an inability to post to their journals, and it seems I'm one of them. The status.livejournal.org page reported this problem over nine hours ago now. -.-;;;

    Again with the ETA: The next afternoon now, at 2:15pm, and here's hoping that it goes through, though for the most part it's otherwise vanishing from my f-list. Even so, my opinion hasn't changed much.

    Final ETA: Now posted to JournalFen, with more robustness!
