Ben had risen first, as usual, and went through his morning ritual. He had worked out for a bit, he had taken Connall for a run and he had put breakfast on--all the while leaving Cillian to sleep. Normally, he would wake the boy before he made breakfast, or at least just before it was finished, this morning however would be different.
Once everything is prepared and on the table, place setting for one, he makes his way into the bedroom and watches the pale, sleeping form of his boy for a few long moments. Finally, he kneels down, kissing the slender neck and then placing his lips against the ear. "Wake my boy, your Sir is ready to play with you..." his voice is a low rumble, but the underlying command is unmistakable. |
