Lady Sybilla attempted to delete both her personal page and the Russet Noon page at Fan History today. She had the explanation line of: "Recreating this article is in violation of my constitutional and human rights" for each article. The edits have been rolled back (more than once, I might add), and she (along with every IP address we can find for her on the site) have been permanently banned. The articles will remain, regardless of her requests because: 1. The only articles we delete are personal ones, and 2. We don't delete the personal articles of those who are "notable" in fandom. She went way, way out of her way to make herself notable. I do want to let you know that we think it's an attempt on her part to stir the wank and get another mention on fandom wank. More RN wank - Lady Sybs got banned from Fan History and Absolute Write. Most of the Fan History wank is on Sybilla's twitter, which kind of prompted me to investigate the Fan History page and Sybs's user page. Dunno if it's old news, but LS is apparently selling RN shirts on her site. She also links to an article on Fantasy Book Review. It's by someone named "Floriensis" and even though said author refers to "alleged" copyright violations, links to the RN site, is snippy about pointing out SMeyer hasn't sued, AND apparently thinks RN is scandalous/illicit to call it both in unnecessary quotes, I'm not 100% sure it's LS herself.
